Builders sucks

Service at this place is totally disgusting. 9 times out of 10 you get absolutely no service or support.

For 3 weeks I have been told that a certain light switch will be here on friday. Friday comes and no fitting. No one has the decency to phone their supplier to find out what's going on or expected delivery date. I ask to see the manager and am left standing for over 10min.

I am surprised they can stay afloat with all the dead weight they have walking around.
