Builders stupid store

Poor service received from merchant as I have purchased a front loader machine more than a month ago and to date there is no delivery as I'm told there is no stock however purchase was made and delivery was for 3 days after purchase for the fourways branch. They don't want to refund and the store and contact centre are all useless always saying there is not much they can do, I will be reporting you to the consumer ombudsman if you don't do the right thing I'm tired or yall's nonsense.
