Builders Strubensvally

Builders Sturbensvally is the wort builders ever. I have been renovating my home for the past 3 months and i dread going to Builders Strubensvally. The staff always stand in little groups or on their cell phones you can stand between 10-15 min looking for help. Yesterday i just wanted a tin of spray-paint and no staff was available in fact x2 staff members who i approached just say sorry come back on Monday as the staff already left and this is not my department i can not help only when i approached another group saying out loud please call the store manager as i need help and no staff is available x1 staff member from another department came to help me now this is 30 min later. the camping section is even worst no stock is available and no staff or department head bother to order just saying sorry we are out of stock yet they advertise patio umbrellas are on display but no stock for the last month i asked can you sell me the one on display and was informed no it is broken it is only for display purpose. The Timber section is just as bad no staff a cleaner who was moping a the floor tried to assist me. I am so glad i discovered Chamberlins across the street from Builders i will surly not go back to Builders and if i need to go to builders i will rather go to the Cresta branch where staff actually is visible in the store although i have to call for help at least they assist.
