Builders store credit card

On 26 July i payed my builders store credit card in store.until now no payment is reflecting on my account.I phone the store card customer care to find out what was going on.Lots of excuses like 48h turn around time then it was 7 to 14 days and then the best one yet, they cant find anything on my id number or emails? Until now there was no communication whatsoever from them.i spoke to and sent emails on emails to the store and to the payment devision but still no one can tell me snything.this is very frustrating because at the end of the day this is going to reflect as a no oayment on my credit score.i wish someone could really help
