Builders still avoiding the problem they have created

So after my last 4 complaints, I've got responses from suhayfa Gabriel's, Kurt mathews and Ivor, all asking for my contact details and they promise a call to address the matter. I then reply to their response with my contact number and guess what? NOBODY CALLS......So not only does builders and mass Mart condone how their staff lie to and deceive clients, but also from the look of things encourage their customer care centre agents to string clients along. My contact number is ********** 266. Further more Jorge Oake, Kurt Mathews and Suhayfa have my contact number on email.
