Builders still avoiding the problem they have created

So once again I've been told builders will contact me to address this problem and nobody has. Attached is screenshot of reply by ivor saying they would contact me. Further more I was in the branch over the weekend and spoke to a staff member who was present during this entire ordeal and who heard Jorge Oake assure me that he will handle my query regarding my loss brought upon by builders.
