Good day I ve ordered a door at Builders online in April. I cancelled the order the next day because my brother had already bought it. I sent cancelation and did all the process followed for cancelation. They keep on asking my proof of payment and bank confirmation letter, I think I ve sent it 10 times now. It's been a month since promising to pay me back. I am tired of sending emails to them now. They are not reliable at all. I don't think I will ever do business with them again. The economy is not good for us all, I need that money ASAP.
