BUILDERS STAFF KNOW NOTHING AND CANT HELP

15/02/2024 i went to builders hardware to purchase 2 wall mount fans, no one was able to assist me i waited over 45 minutes for a quote while the men there were busy flirting with a woman, a short whit guy came we asked him to help he said no hers to busy and walked away, today again i called as i need to make payment for the fans and want an invoice with our company details no 1 can help me, my first call i was transferred like 6 times with no one that could assist, second call i was left on hold for just over 15 minutes, third call the woman at customer service didn't know how to transfer the call, the forth time i asked for a manager and again i was left to hold on and no manager answered, the last call i called and informed the lady im going to put this on social media and report to head office. I called Leroy Merlin and was assisted within minutes.
