Builder's simply pocketed MY money and goods

I bought two kitchen countertops on the advice of the Builder's Cut shop staff at Erasmus Park. However only one was needed, when we redid the calculations. Before any cutting or delivery, I asked for a refund. They are agreed to a refund. However they kept both the board and my money. Despite going to the store over 8 times, managers refuse to acknowledge the problem or resolve it. Unfortunately I'll have to pursue small claims court. Blatant theft!
