Builders services - Wow pathetic does not describe it
Wow the service received from builders online is shocking.
I was warned not to make use of their online services but was naive enough to think my experience would be different.
I have ordered online twice. Both times I have had to constantly call and follow up on my order. The call center promises that someone from the store will make contact to provide feedback but the feedback never materializes.
Builders Constantia clearly do not have working telephones because they never answer their phones.
Builders online, if you are not willing to provide a service, do no take peoples money.
