Builders service is HELL!

I'm never gonna buy from builders ever. I have struggled so much with to this store, especially with online I've heard it. I placed an order online on the 18th of October 2024 and it said I will get my delivery in 2-5 days. On the fifth day which was on the 23rd I phoned the call centre to find out about my delivery. They then told the order will be delivered on that day by 5pm which never happened. By the way I live 8 minutes away from the Atteridgeville store which is supposed to to deliver for. The following day on the 24th a call centre agent called me to found out if the delivered and I told her no, the she will call the store and find out why, and get back to, which she never did. The next day on the 25th another call centre agent called me asking about the delivery and I told her I have received it yet and have never gotten any call from the store explaining why I can't get my order. Then the same story again, she said she will get back to me she never did. Then I received another received another call on Sunday 27 asking about the delivery she I still haven't received, she also said she will get back to me, of which I already knew that she won't. This morning Monday 28 October at 7:30, I received a call from the store telling me the want to deliver right now and i told the lady that there is no one at home and that the should deliver at 5pm . She said that won't happen because they don't deliver at 5pm. I informed her that I waited for that order over 2 weekends and a full week and that order is late and it was supposed to be delivered already. She proceeded to tell that they've got way to many orders that I was on the queue in other words I should stop acting special, as if I'm the one who came up with the 2 to 5 delivery. She further told me that she doesn't think that will be making any deliveries this coming weekend and I can't receive my order before 5 during the week and I should wait for the weekend of 9th and 10 November , WOW!! This is the same store that once delivered my order at 8pm and all you get is I'm sorry for the inconvenience from the call centre agents who are not very helpful themselves by the way.
