Builders service is atrocious !!!!!!

Whatever you do - Do Not Buy anything from Builders Warehouse online. You will wait forever for your order. You will have to call THEM very day to find out why you are waiting and despite an order number they will still not give you any answers. I regret the day I placed 4 orders on their site and waited forever for my goods. I placed an order 1 Nov - it’s 21st Nov and no one can tell me where my goods are. MassMart what a disaster Builders is. No systems clearly. If you want something go into shop and buy BUT stay away from their online shop - rather use Leroy Merlin. Useless useless useless😡😡😡
