Builders sells second hand good as new!!
Bought a NEW Defy oven and hob. When opened packaging this morning, looks second hand. Has scuff and dirty marks, knobs loose, logo/,name peeling off. After 5 phones calls to the Edenvale branch and Call Centre, not able to speak to anyone about exchange/return!! Calls either left on hold for cumulatively 1/2 hour, calls dropped, or wrong dept, after repeating story multiple times. And now....what must a customer do? Shocking, terrible service and will NEVE buy there again...

04 Jan 2024, 09:58So after more than 24 hours., not 1 response form anyone at Builders after lodging a complaint directly with them on their online system and here!!! They did both email saying they will come back yo me and then NOTHING!!!!!!! NEXT STOP the Consumer Ombudsman...
