Builders Secunda...worst service in a long time.

I went to Builders Warehouse Secunda branch yesterday in search of a bath screen, a hand towel ring and a tap lock. I went just after 4pm and the shop was quiet. Shop assistants were standing around and I went to one guy and asked for assistance. He was on his phone, texting. He motioned for me to go to the painting counter. I refused as I did not want anything there and the assistant and the paint desk was speaking to a client on the phone. I went to the info counter and asked them for assistance. I waited 7 minutes for one of the floor assistants they called, to quit chatting to their colleagues and to finally come and assist. The lady that assisted me took me to the wrong aisle for the tap locks and told me they were out of stock. According to their website there was stock. I asked about the bath screens and she insisted that they were out of stock. My fiancé showed her on his phone that there were in fact 6 in stock, according to the webpage, which shows how much Secunda has in stock. She argued and said that it is out of stock. We left. I phoned the shop this morning to talk to the manager. I explained the situation and she would have phoned me back within a few minutes. It is 2 hours and 21 minutes later and still...nothing. I eventually phoned CTM and the lady assisted me in the most friendly manner. I am really disappointed at the level of service from Builders Secunda. I will not recommend it to anyone.
