Builders Secunda Service delivery

I've bought 2 items online. The 1 item could only be ordered from the digital warehouse which I actually can give a 5 star rating. BUT the other item could only be ordered from Builders in Secunda. It is now nearly 2 weeks and I haven't received my shelf. The digital warehouse delivered the next day. When I phoned Builders Secunda they told me that they don't have the item in stock, although it showed in stock when I placed the order. They said that they will have to get it from another store and that they will maybe deliver it on Thursday. It is now the next Friday and I have'nt receive my shelf yet.

Since Builders opened in Secunda they are TERRIBLE in service delivery, actually there is NO SERVICE!
