Builders Saving Account

Builders warehouse Boksburg I paid money into builders savings account, the company transferred my money into RCS account. I don't know why they did because I have never opened an account with RCS. I only discovered this when I went to the store and tried to purchase with the money I have been saving through out the year. RCS and builders are telling me they can't trace my money even though I was told my money was transferred to RCS. I gave them all the proof of payments that I payed into the savings account but they are still claiming they can't trace my money. The lady that I'm in communication with is Trydah Sibuyi
