Builders sa worse store ever

Horrific ordeal..you get pushed pillar to post with builders customer care and their installation department. They do not rectify the problem because both department/companies are arguing with each about accountability and I as a customer is left with incorrect installation no replacement of the Gate. My home can be broken into..too many flaws do not purchase any items online nor do you purchase installation from them...
