Builders rustenburg lost my business

Builders rustenburg service is a disgrace. They never seem to have stock and when you ask to order it takes forever if you even get stock. We order polycarb sheeting as they only keep one or two in stock we required 16 sheets. We paid and they said a week. After a week we went in to ask if the stock had arrived they said not yet we went back a week later to be told our order has not yet been placed. So the guy promised us it would be there by the Friday went in the Monday to be told the stock hasn’t arrived yet. After about 4 weeks still nothing when we queried we were told covid has delayed deliveries and they phoned the supplier to say it’s on the ship.we eventually got them after six weeks but when we went to collect were told we can’t take the sheets after they loaded them cause we had already collected them, the shocker was I was standing with the original pick up slip in my hand. After querying and saying I wanna see the pick up slip that was signed cause i didn’t receive nothing, suddenly there was a oooh and Um and let me to talk to the manager and when I asked if I could see who signed suddenly it was a computer error in which was suddenly sorted. We got to leave and then when on the job sight after asking for polycarb bronze sheets we happend to find one clear sheet in the middle of the lot which meant now we had to make a plan. Then everytime I have gone in to ask for paint, Plascon Namib get told it’s out we receiving stock we will call you been waiting for calls, when I phone the phone either just rings or should someone answer they just transfer you from one person to another.
