Builders responds very well to a complaint
A wrote a review on the 20 April on warranties of supplies to Builders Warehouse. It was not a flattering review, but I am pleased to say that Joshua from Builders responded promptly and personally ensured that the faulty item that I purchased was replaced and they gave me a spare item as well. Thank you for responding quickly and pleasantly. I am pleased to say that the service was great. Many thanks it is appreciated.
