Builders refund delay is *******

I have been waiting 30 days for a promised R1,000 refund. Builders delivered the wrong power station on 13 Jan. I agreed to keep it if they refunded the price difference. A month later, I am still waiting. Their excuse? They are "waiting for the supplier." My contract is with Builders, not your supplier. Under the CPA, you cannot withhold a refund because of your internal accounting issues. I’ve sent a Letter of Demand and was ignored. Process my EFT immediately. I am done waiting for "supplier responses."
