Builders Refund

On the 27th of January I bought a freestanding bathtub costing R10249 including delivery,on the 29th of January I received an email notifying me on my order cancellation of which I didn’t request. The emails stated that it could be out of stock then states that my refund will be paid the same why I made the payment in 2-10 working days. On the 11th day of no refund I called requesting about my money I was then told I need to fill in a refund request form and all the relevant details. I returned everything they asked from me still today there’s nothing I’ve been calling and calling I’m being taken from pillar to post I’m tired of waiting and nothing is promising. I want my money back ASAP.
