Builders really don’t want to sell blinds?

I called to enquire about blinds and was put through to the relevant department. After two consecutive calls without any answer I tried the main reception desk again. The first two times there was no answer and then the next three calls the call was put down ubrubtly after a few rings. These guys seriously don’t want to sell their blinds...
