Builder's pushes clients complaint about fired earth paint aside just to make her go away

I'm totally disgusted with how *********ly builders has handled my complaint. On 2 occasions in the past 8 months I've been told that there is nothing wrong with the fired earth paint. When I finally get sight of the report I see that they have just rejected without having tested the paint. I personally when I store and dropped off my tin. They also claim it was painted over high sheen pain. It was painted over Matt and a primer was used. The paint washes of and left my walls streaky. The paint is supposed to carry a 7 year guarantee! You need to go back to your company code of conduct, and how you handle complaints, because you are not supposed to lie just to squash a client's complaint. I expect an urgent response from you or I will be taking this up further!
