Builders PE bad service.

I popped into Builders Warehouse to get some sand paper for my Ryobi mouse. Besides the fact that they didn't have stock I was appalled to get to the tills and have to stand in a queue of 45 people for the 3 tellers on duty. There are at least 10 tills. I called the builders number and eventually after 5 minutes of back and forth was put through to a gentleman who had no idea of the problem. In his own store! I guess someone from Builders will read this and shrug with indifference.
