Builders pathetic service

So let me start with this pathetic experience we have received from Builders, tried placing an order at the kempton park branch, they told us the machine that cuts the boards are broken after we could hear them busy cutting. Drove thru to edenvale placed the order 23rd dec were told we will have it in a few days, my husband was there on friday 27th dec was told that the guy was off sick but they getting a guy from kempton parks builders to come and do the orders, there is only 2 orders infront of ours, called the call centre and they dont bother calling back, today 2nd of Jan 2020 my husband gets to the builders in Edenvale, and gets told the machine is also broken, well well done seems like builders machine's just all gets broken conveniently. He speaks to a lady and she just tells my husband well thats not my problem speak to my manager, what pathetic service is this telling a customer its not my problem

Then my husband is told to go to the manager Jabulani's office and seems like we will just say anything to get a customer to shut up. So now the boards will be taken to benoni and get cut there and we can pick it up on monday, thats probably if there machine also doesnt get broken, customer service up to ****
