Builders out of stock even after confirmation
I was looking for a lava lamp last week as a gift for someone. I specifically phoned ***which is the number to the client services and spoke to ROSCO so that I would not have to waste time or fuel in driving around from one shop to another to find what I needed.
Rosco confirmed that the Builders Warehouse in Meadowdale (Edenvale) had 3 Blue & Yello and Red & Yellow lava lamps in stock but no pink and white.
When I arrived at Builders the lighting staff were too busy on their tall ladder to even be bother by us - they did not treat us fairly and said they only had 1 broken lava lamp.
When I told them what the client services had confirmed they said Rosco should have checked with them. I don't care for your internal politics. What I care about is the hour and a half I had to spend on the road and the fuel and time lost due to your staffs incompetence.
Since I know nothing will be done about this I can guarantee I will no longer support the Builders Warehouse in Meadowdale and preferably no other branches if I cannot help it.
