Builders only delivered partial order then disappeared

Ordered a 3-piece bistro set online from Builders weeks ago. When no delivery was forthcoming, I followed up and received only the table - no chairs. It has been weeks of following up to see when the chairs will be delivered. Every other day, I get a call from a person at Builders saying that the items will be delivered or that they will update me. Every one of those promises has been broken. Many other shops are selling the same items at Builders...rather opt for a supplier who can keep their promise.
