Builders online what a disappointment.

I bay something online in November from bulders warehouse. What a mes they don't now what is going on in there department. I phone bulders after a long time the phone was answered I was transferred from one to another. I went to bulders, they told me they will call me with information about my order.But nothing. Today is 20 December and still nothing. Don't bay online from bulders .You will lose your money.
