BUILDERS ONLINE THE WORST!!!

I ordered a lot of equipment online from builders, they have gladly TAKEN my money, and yet I am still waiting for my delivery. one out of the many items I ordered was delivered. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM BUILDERS. I am still waiting for my delivery and I am still waiting to be phoned back by ANYBODY from head office to give me a follow-up call to see if this order has been completed. I am dumbfounded and will NEVER EVER use these people again. I hope I can get my money out of them otherwise I will go to the nearest store and collect items to the value!
