Builders online sucks

Online order placed 1 weeks ago. After 1 week and 5 phone calls I still have not received my goods. Call centres is useless. Builders are not able it seems to provide professional online service and dont remain in touch with customers as to when orders will be delivered. Call Centre totally unable to assist.

so another 2 days go by and still no feedback i.e advising if I'm ever going to get the items I ordered or my money back.

Seeing Builders WH do not care to deliver my order nor do they care to engage I have cancelled my order. Hopefully they process my refund.
They have wasted my time and expense in having to call their call centre repeatedly without any results.
A serious case of miss management at Builder Warehouse.

No one from the builders' warehouse made contact even though promises were made via the call centre operators and Hellopeter to resolve the non-delivery of goods paid for. The order was cancelled by me via the call centre yet almost a week ago, only to discover via another call to the call centre that the refund has not yet been processed,

Respect for customers...
