Builders Online Store is Useless

I placed an online order for a camping chair on 20/7/2023, and selected delivery to the branch, as this would supposedly be quicker than delivery to my home address.

Pick-up from the branch was meant to be 28/7/2023, I phoned on 29/7/2023, and was told that my order was still in progress, because my payment had not gone through. When I queries this and said the payment was reflecting on my back statement, I was told the payment had not been allocated to the store (whose problem is that?), I was then told the store did not have the stock, but they would phone me back to tell me when it was expected (I'm still waiting for that call!). I phone again today, 31/7/2023, and received the same run-around, and was told by the operator the store wasn't answering!

I previously had similar problems with Makro, seems to me Massmart stores don't know how to run an online store.
