Builders Online store is a ****!

Placed an order online. Goods never arrived. No correspondence from Builders Warehouse. When I track the order via the site, the tracking status has changed to cancelled but no notification to me. No contact to let me know if or how I will get my money back.

Looks like Builders Warehouse has now resorted to *****ing from customers.

Terrible.
