Builders online shopping a *****
Ordered and paid for a R5000 machine online on 24 October. Went to Strubensvalley store the next day (Friday) but alas supposedly they sold a machine when no stock in store. I was promised that on Monday it will ne sorted. Went back today and still no sign nor any idea as to when the merchandise that I paid for a week ago will be ready for collection. Zero communication from Builders for the entire week - YET they sit with my money and I have no machine
