Builders online seems to be offline..

So on July 31st i for the first time placed an online order with Builders Warehouse. The delivery date given was Monday 3rd August. The 3rd of August came and went and still no delivery. They say track your order online but this service is busted. They say talk to us online but this link does not open and theres no way to phone a branch directly. So since yesterday i have now spoken with 3 individuals each saying they will look into it and get back to me really soon. The last two persons being a Chenay and a Ashley. So it seems the message got as far as management and no further. No calls have been returned regarding the delivery date so i guess tomorrow i will have to try again. Bottom line here is Builders Warehouse is no Takealot when it comes to e commerce. They should go back to the 20th century if they cant even get this right!
