Builders Online Orders Poor Service

Placed an online order on the 02 June and was told that I would receive my order by the 13 June. Today is the 19th and I have had no communication with regards to my order. Every time I call Builders the story changes. Highly disgusted at the service. I would much rather use Leroy Merlin going forward, they are much better.
