Builders Online Orders Ineffective As Usual

Ineffective internal processes in that we received confirmation that our online order was ready for collection, only to told by the Nelspruit branch staff that it is in fact not. This only after driving specifically to pick up the order. According to the staff it is a regular thing that their call centre confirms an order is ready for collection, only for the store to not have the stock or even an inkling of when they will have stock.
