Builders online flop

it is officially 7 weeks since I ordered Keter portable tool storage unit. I have not had any positive feedback or constructive update on ETa .I keep getting run around that online order are different dept and manager or dispatch supervisor will contact me. Very disappointed, in today time when orders are delivered within a week at most the service is by far the worst
