Builders of anarchy

The customer service here seems to be going down the same path of the previous store, "Mica" A place where the staff prejudiclly disrespect none white clients and take their business and complaints as a joke. Perhaps the attitude comes from management therefore the same is filtered down to the staff. The customer service here seems to spiral out of control. Staff (team leaders) indirectly accuse clients of dishonesty and potential theft right in front of them. When the same is reported to upper management, Promises of resolves are made, only to find out that you've been blown of in an attempt to hush up their inadequate and prejudice behavior. This kind of service behavior is probably worthy of more public awareness. Whats worse is when they sell you something and when you come back to collect it (3 times) they have sold the item and give you excuses of lockdown etc. I'm apolled to think that this type of ongoing still continue to happen while South Africa is in its 26th year of transformation. Perhaps if I was white the reaction and resolve would have had a different outcome.
