Builders not worth the hassel - dont understand the concept of delivery.

Absolutely a waste of time and effort. 1. Their systems split the order into multiple deliveries. (Customers dont have sight of which stores deliver which items). 2. They promise delivery between 2 to 5 days - its over 10 days and I dont have all my items. 3. Their system shows a delivery is confirmed same status as one item delivered already - but I havent recieved this item. 4. They charge for delivery by dont want to dleiver to my house - +-50 meters from the street. (they want to dump the items on the pavement). - I dont call that delivery. 5. They state they called you for delivery - but there are NO attempts made - NO missed calls, NO whatsapp msg - nothing - but they say they attempted to deliver.

Does buiders expect you to place the order then wait indefinatelly at your gate for them to deliver ? Because if you dont they simply say they attpemted but failed to deliver.

Dont use builders online - They incapable of providing this service that they CHARGE for. - It is NOT worth the hassel. - Rather use a store that understands customer service.
