BUILDERS NORTHRIDING SHOCKING CUSTOMER CARE

I bought paint at the Northriding branch - the paint burst open in the boot of my car and despite being promised by MR EDDIE COMBRINK that they would refund me for the paint and the cleaning - he has done absolutely nothing! He is utterly useless as far as managing is concerned - He asked me for my banking details and ID and still nothing - this has been going on since November 2020. He now ignores my emails and think this customer service is a disgrace especially in the time we are living in! My husband and as well as our property management company spend tens of thousands of rands at Builders and to have this whole situation completely ignored after him promising to sort it out is unacceptable! I have asked for someone from head office to contact me (also via Eddie) and this too has been ignored! I certainly as well as our company will not support this store ever again.
