Builders Nightmare

I am utterly shocked and disgusted by the manner in which your sales representative Reginald conducted himself. I believe that his pomp and arrogance leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and serves as a bad reflection on the store and the brand. I called Builders Warehouse prior to going to the store, I spoke to a lovely lady who promptly assisted me with my requirements which were basic in nature: an adapter and extended pipe for my washing machine, she quoted me and confirmed that the items were in stock. I arrived at the store a little after 5pm, the 1st person I saw was Reginald who sat rocking in his chair with no care in the world, I told him of my call earlier and what I needed, he shrugged and said the lady who works in plumbing has gone home for the day. I asked what next? He said no one could help and that I should come back the next day. Its only after throwing a tantrum that he got off his chair to find someone who can assist. The lady who eventually assisted was kind enough to contact the initial lady who was then off duty and together they worked on solving my problem. Something which Reginald could have done had it not been for his nonchalant devil may care attitude!
