Builders New Market you need to catch a wakeup

Just when I think, ok today I will be lucky and not p---off with them, I get disappointed yet again. Some staff on the floor are useless. Good for standing around in conversations or hiding behind a computer. They have no idea what stock is on the floor. So quick to say they don't stock it or sold out, or just point in a direction and walk away. Standing waiting for so long waiting for a person to come back to you. So, thinking it would be better not to deal with them, placed an order online on 29 October, today is the 8th of November and still no stock, after phoning them and said she would have a look into it and phone back, never did. Phoned *** to request the order gets cancelled, don't want the stock anymore. She said she will email a form for me to complete and procedure what they need to cancel my order and get a refund. Got the email with my order but no cancellation form. Soooo frustrated.
