Builders never own up to the mess ups
Absolutely unacceptable service from Builders Warehouse. Bought 5 boxes of laminated flooring, but 2 were the wrong color. Only realized this after installation. Contacted them over a week ago, sent a quote for removal and re-installation. No resolution yet, just told it's with head office. Our renovations are on hold because of their mistake.Builders Warehouse, fix this NOW. This is your error, and the delay is inexcusable. We need immediate action and a solution. #PoorService #BuildersWarehouse
This is not the first time you have done this to us. I am more than happy to take this legally and further
