Builders never has stock and makes you wait weeks for your money back

Bought an item from the website, there was ample stock. A few days later I was called to say there's no stock and I will be refunded. Almost a month later and no money has been refunded. Called to query when it will be paid, I was told 14 working days but I can go to the branch and collect it from the teller.

If I wanted to walk into the store then I wouldn't have done a ****ing online order you retarded assholes.

You should offer a COD option if you cant find stock. This is the 3rd time already.
