Builders Nelspruit

I have been to this place more then once, because every business can have a bad day. I have to say though every time I have gone into Builders I have been more and more disappointed, until this last visit. It felt like there was only one employee working there as he was the only one that came up to me twice to ask if I needed any help and I wish I got his name because I really thought, maybe this time will be different. But it wasn't because even though he gave me very good service it does not excuse the rest of the people walking past me and doing nothing. They do not even acknowledge you or even go up to you to ask if you need anything. Now, normally I am a shopper that does not like someone hovering over me but this place is so unorganized that it's very hard to actually find your way yourself especially if you are new to the area. The till staff are also just as clueless and have no idea what's going on in the building or with the prices on the shelves. I would suggest a serious management change. Maybe this will get the place back to what Builders should be.
