Builders N1, pathetic service and blatant ***ism

I went to Builders N1 city on Sat 7.12.2019. Their service is usually really slow with employees more interested in having conversations with each other than with customers but this experience was the worst ever. I went to buy paint, Sage green to be exact. After waiting 20 min for someone to assist at the painting counter, there were no other customers, a guy comes strolling in at takes the paint swatch out of my hand. He mixes it and it comes out a bright mint green. I said that it isn't right and gave me this whole condescending look and said it will dry to the correct colour. I said no, please check again. When they checked the mixer they realised that some of the colours needed were empty and therefore it was the wrong colour. They then left me with the can of paint and started talking about the beers they drank last night and the rum they were drinking tonight. Then the manager came Sidney to ask them about a gel pen. All the while I am waiting there with my daughter and husband. I asked my husband to move away as I did want my 6 year old privy to their colorful language. I asked them why am I waiting here, they said u can mos see I am mixing the paint. I am filling it with black, just wait. I waited 45 min and then went to the manager. When I complained to the manager he laughed at me. Yes, laughed and said wasn't there other customers. I then used some very colorful language with him and left. Their attitude was that I am a woman and know nothing, they are unprofessional, disgusting and completely ***ist. Sidney, u shouldnt be in retail. U are ***ist and demeaning.
