Builders Mahikeng appalling service

I had a bad experience at Builders Mahikeng. Purchased a Defy Gemini Hob Solid Plate, Petit Chef Oven & the Extractor on 28 August 2018. To this day the stove has not been delivered, every time we have to call to follow up and we are given excuses; still awaiting a component, etc. This is unacceptable as we were not made aware of the lead time at the time of purchase, otherwise we would have sourced elsewhere. This is a huge inconvenience for us and the installer who now has to wait and we can't even give a concrete date. May you please provide an urgent response to this, I need a reasonable date when the complete stove will be in our house, or date when I'm refunded in full.
