Builders "Lost" Refund

After initially purchasing items online from Builders Warehouse on the 31st of October, I cancelled the order on the same day due to excessive delivery times. At the time of cancellation the stated refund period for credit card purchases is 3-5 days, well, its almost 2 months later and I still haven't received my refund. I do however get the weekly "have you received your refund" call, which just ends up in a wild goose chase with Builders Warehouse sending me internal refund request documents for account holders. Well, I don't have a Builders Warehouse "account", and I can't fill out a form asking for information I don't have. Builders Warehouse has a copy of the original order with order number, payment confirmation and all other details details needed, yet they continue to drag their feet and act without much concern.
