BUILDERS LAMENT

Hear this. Can you believe it? On 17 March I placed an online order for stock item 707961 (from Constantiaberg Branch) and paid R1100. Immediately thereafter a message came up there was an error. The item was unavailable. Since then (17 March) I have been trying to get my money back. I have numerous times submitted proof of payment etc, and dealt with Ashraf Wildschut, Annalese Pillay, someone called Yolanda, Sivenathi Panya, and lately, nearly two months later with Aneeqa Latief. I have been assured everything is sorted and the money will appear in my account– but it never has. I have spent many rands on phone calls (not to talk of time wasted) and sent multiple emails. What must I do? I’m not going to let Builders get away with my money. Roger
