Builders Kokstad NO service

I have had no service from the sales manager of Builders Warehouse in Kokstad. I am trying to spend at least R60 000 on agricultural equipment, which Builders Superstore has, but for the last ten days i have repeatedly asked him for a quote. He just doesnt seem to want to do his job, ignoring my emails, answwering my calls and saying he will do it, reading my messsages and not repsonding. Builders, i see most of your complaints go unawaswered, so I am not expecting anything, just adding my voice to the problem that seems to exist at your stores. I wonder what Walmart are going to say when I escalate this sad state of affairs further. Bottom line is too big, don't care.
